The Tucker Box contains a mountain of fresh staples. Most weeks, that’s 10 set items, plus an extra 2-4 seasonal items.
The 10 regular items are potatoes, pumpkin, onions, carrot, broccoli, tomatoes, apples both red and green, oranges and bananas. The extra seasonal items vary from week to week to give you variety.
Every week there’s a surprise in the Tucker Box with the reassurance that the basics are covered.
In summer the extras include items like lettuce, cucumber, corn, seasonal fruits and melons.
In winter the extras in the Tucker Box might include beans, cauliflower, sweet potato, zucchinis and a whole range of winter delights for hot casseroles, soups or stir fries.

The Gourmet Box
At just $45
including delivery to your home or office we’ll put together everything in the Tucker Box as well as another 4-6 specialty selections.
Depending on the season these will include some seriously yummy treats such as: Strawberries, Rockmelon, Mangoes, Avocados, Mushrooms, Leeks, Gourmet Salad Items and Exotic Asian Greens like Baby Bok Choy, Choy Sum and
Snow Peas.

The Family Box

The Family box is like the Tucker Box but has larger quantities of the regular lines and instead of 2-4 extra items has 4-6 extra items, to feed the larger family or the more health conscious.

If you don’t feel like vegies but love your salad and fruit, then this is the box for you!
Have all the basics, tomatoes, different types of lettuce, cucumber, apples, oranges and bananas with an extra
2-5 additional items that vary from week to week.
Extra items could be capsicum, sprouts, mushrooms, avocado, shallots, salad onions, carrots, cabbage, and seasonal fruits.
